They did not have an appointment left for that day but booked me in for the next day. Emily advised that should a cancellation come up earlier, she would contact me, which she duly did. I saw Dilan that afternoon, who put me at ease and was very gentle, examining and X-raying my mouth. He explained the result fully to me and prescribed antibiotics to clear the infection. Although I do need to have 2 extractions, which I’m obviously not looking forward to, I feel confident in the care I’ve received so far and will be changing to the practice. Great service!”
